In 2001, Nantong Xintong Intelligent Engineering Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of Nantong Haian Administration for Industry and Commerce. In the same year, it successfully applied for and obtained the Class B qualification for communication information network system integration issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and the Class II qualification for security issued by the China Communications Association. It officially entered the communication and submarine cable engineering as an independent undertaking project.
